The event is about understanding the principles of managing the change during any transformation initiative. As any such change simply doesn’t happen by itself, it needs to be carefully planned alongside senior and operational management and tightly integrated with processes and technology. This event is, therefore, to learn the tools and techniques of building the X-factor in the successful transformation of any Organisation, for achieving the desired business outcome of the given initiative. Parallelly, we will also discuss career opportunities as a “Change Manager” or “Change Champion” in the changing business environment.
