Coming from a middle class nuclear family completed education upto graduation in interior of Maharashtra, moved to Mumbai for further education. The journey was initiated with an intent to succeed in life!
A strong self belief in a new city of Mumbai was not easy. I had my own struggles and competition which made me strong enough to look at various paradigms in life and sustain in the Corporate arena.
Postgraduated from Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies and was campus placed in Apcotex Lattices Limited, erstwhile division of Asian Paints Ltd. in 1996.
My journey into Human Resources Management started with me starting at Plant level with Apcotex Lattices on one hand and on the other hand at home having got married into a Maharashtrian joint family with every one of us working to achieve our dreams.The various genres around me helped me to overcome preconceived notions, prejudices in life. It gave me an opportunity to understand the concepts of people sensitivity, adjustments, flexibility and taking everyone alongwith in the journey of Life with an intent to connect the dots wherever required.
Changes in career gave me an opportunity to unlearn and learn the different facets of Human Resources in various Companies in different industry sectors. This enhanced my understanding of people sensitivity essentially required to connect the dots.
Committed to work passionately to complete the allocated task,had the opportunity to learn multitasking of various roles in both personal and professional life.
Moving ahead ,had the opportunity to work and assist the senior HR professionals on challanging assignments with predecided timelines.
My last assignment in the role of Head HR for a Swiss MNC in Mumbai gave me an opportunity on various critical assignments and support and engage the business in improving the productivity enhancement. In addition to my earlier assignments with Corporates and consulting assignments, this role gave me a bigger canvas to understand the People dynamics, Human Capital investment and the need to have balanced approach in dealing with people.
Was trained in various modules of People Management and 4 Disciplines of Execution at Switzerland.
Having worked in all the arenas of HR ,somewhere an inner call woke me up to remind me of the dream I had visualised couple of years back of working with various stakeholders to have a strong HR framework to support their business to take it on a growth path.
Come 2017,life was infused into SYNERGY TALENT MANAGERS to manage and develop Talent.

Today ,while narrating this journey on the site,feel the years passed by made me look at things emphatetically and had to take certain decisions at the spur of the moment and also learnt that not taking a decision is also a decision in itself..
Have althrough followed the principle of Patience ,Perseverence and Passion to follow a dream to its logical conculsion.
All this would not have happened without support of my family members and mentors in my career.
