Sheela Divekar, Founder of Synergy Talent Managers, brings over two decades of rich, hands-on experience in Human Resources leadership across diverse industries. Hailing from a modest middle-class background in interior Maharashtra, Sheela's professional journey began with a bold move to Mumbai—fueled by self-belief, ambition, and a passion for people development.
📘 The Foundation: From Campus to Corporate
After completing her postgraduation in HR from the prestigious Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, Sheela began her career at the plant level with Apcotex Lattices Ltd., a division of Asian Paints. This early exposure laid the groundwork for her deep understanding of grassroots workforce dynamics, labour relations, and industrial HR practices.
💼 Learning Across Industries & Roles
Over the years, Sheela worked across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, FMCG, and multinational environments—taking on roles that demanded both strategic insight and operational rigour. Her career path was defined by her ability to unlearn, adapt, and relearn, which sharpened her people sensitivity and stakeholder management skills.

Her last corporate stint as Head of HR for a Swiss MNC in Mumbai involved driving key HR initiatives, managing productivity transformation projects, and aligning people strategy with business goals. She also received formal training in People Management and the 4 Disciplines of Execution in Switzerland—bringing global best practices to her leadership style.
